Yvonne L. (Mahoney) Becka

Yvonne L. Mahoney Becka, age 77, of Clover Hill, PA passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at her home with her family by her side.

She was born on September 26, 1946 in Uniontown, PA to the late Wade and Sarah Crawford Mahoney.

She was a member of the Society for Pennsylvania Archaeology and West Virginia

Archeological Society.

She worked for the US Army Corp of Engineers as a Archeologist and as a Museum Curator for  Grave Creek Mound Archaeological Complex.

In addition she was an accomplished Artist.

Yvonne is survived by her husband,  Paul J. Becka; two sons,  Jeffrey Paul Becka and wife Elizabeth A., and Ryan W. Becka and wife Elizabeth C.; sister,  Diane Wallace.

Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home  135 Park St. Brownsville, PA on Sunday from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 PM and Monday from 12:00 Noon until 1:30 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 PM.  Interment in Lafayette Memorial Park.  www.skirpanfuneralhome.com
