Woodrow K. Wise, Sr.

Woodrow K. (Post) Wise, Sr., age 82 of Uniontown, PA passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at his home with his family by his side. He was born on June 30, 1941 in Gates, PA. to the late Samuel and Della Synder Wise. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the US Army. He is survived by his wife, Pamela D. Gwyn Wise of 56 years; two sons, Ken Wise, Woodrow K. Wise, Jr. and wife Cherie, three grandchildren, Whitney and Taylor Wise and Abbigail Galentine; great grandson, Carter; sisters, Dorothy Reckart; Sue Parsons, Joyce Riedmann, Nancy Ziemkowski, Alice Wise, brothers, Robert (Bobby) and Larry Wise; sister-in-law, Priscilla Gwyn; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by siblings, infant Pearl and Dewey, Sam, Ellis, John, Betty and James (Butch), Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park St., Brownsville, PA on Wednesday from 2 - 8 PM and Thursday until 11:00 AM the hour of service with the Rev.
