Walter Edward Kennedy

Walter Edward Kennedy, age 94, of Uniontown, PA died Saturday, April 7, 2012 at his home. He was born on May 10, 1917 in Uniontown, PA. Son of the late Frank Kennedy Sr. and Ida Matilda McLaughlin Kennedy. He was preceded in death by brothers: Frank Kennedy Jr. Paul J. Kennedy and wife Betty sisters: Mary E. Kennedy Amarilla (Amy) Kennedy Walter is survived by his brother: Albert A. Kennedy Sr. and wife Ann 8 nieces and nephews 27 great nieces and nephews 17 great-great nieces and nephews Friends will be received in The Skirpan Funeral Home 680 Cherry Tree Lane Uniontown, PA on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and on Thursday where a funeral service will be held at 10:00AM with Pastor Aaron Peternel officiating. Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Uniontown Public Library.
