Thomas B. Kurek age 81 of Maxwell, PA died Saturday, September 8, 2012. He was born on May 6, 1931 in Bitner, PA. Son of the late Thomas and Anna Bannick Kurek. He enjoyed his family and grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Norma J. Hartman Kurek 2 Children: Bernard Kurek and wife Kim Beverly Korbini and husband John Grandchildren: Melissa Lewandowsky and husband Brian Jamie and Zack Kurek Josh Korbini and wife Casey Jared Korbini Great Grandchildren: Alyson and Alexa Lewandowsky Sister: Stella Victor Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home 135 Park St. Brownsville, PA on Monday from 4 - 9PM. Where a blessing service will be held on Tuesday at 12:00Noon with the Rev. Fr. James Clark officiating. Interment Howe Cemetery with full military rites accorded by America Legion Post 295, 940 and 838.
