Theodore F. "Big Ted" Rankin

Theodore F. (Big Ted) Rankin, age 58, of Brownsville, PA passed away on Friday, August 30, 2013 in UPMC - Shadyside Hospital surrounded by his family after a brief battle with cancer. He was born on May 22, 1955 in Allison #1, PA. Son of the late Charles Rankin and Nellie Mattie Rankin Ted was preceded in death by his brother: John He will be sadly missed by his wife: Dinah Rankin Sons: Theodore F. Rankin Jr. and fiancée Sarah Masullo and son Theodore F. Rankin III Joseph Charles Rankin and fiancée Ashley Marshall and daughter Destiny Marie Rankin Daughter: Lyndee Davidson and daughter Jasmine Bradley Sisters: Nancy, Toni, Loretta, and Sue Brothers: Chuck and Joe Also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many loving friends. Friends will be received in The Skirpan Funeral Home 135 Park Street Brownsville, PA on Tuesday, Sept. 3, from 2:00PM until 9:00PM and on Wednesday until 11:00AM when a Blessing Service will be held with Rev. Fr. Joseph D. Armamento officiating. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park.
