Sheila A. Phelan age 62 of Uniontown, PA died on Sunday, August 11, 2013 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on June 27, 1951 in Uniontown, PA. She was the daughter of the late Frank Hutzel and Dorothy Mayho Rebar. She is survived by her husband, William J. Phelan Daughter, Amy Findley and husband Rev. Len Findley of Johnstown, PA Grandsons, Brandon Anderson and Zachary Findley of Johnstown, PA Brothers and Sisters, Rev. Ron Hutzel and wife Trish of Virginia Betty Lou Williams and husband Sheldon of Dillsburg, PA Jamie Rusko and husband Conley of Uniontown, PA Andrea Hriscisce and husband Sam of Merrittstown, PA Andy Sczypta and wife Mi of Ohio She was predeceased by a brother, Frank Hutzel Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home 680 Cherry Tree Lane, Uniontown, PA on Tuesday from 6 - 8PM. A Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00AM with Monsignor Michael W. Matusak officiating. Interment in Lafayette Memorial Park.
