Rosalie June Spegar, age 90 of Uniontown, PA passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Labelle, PA on June 28, 1935, daughter of the late Andrew John and Emma (Scotillo) Tylka.
Rosalie was a medical secretary. She adored her family, children and grandchildren. Rosalie had a love of the outdoors, and had extensive knowledge and passion for the wild birds and plants.
Besides her parents, Rosalie was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Cyril Spegar; her son, Michael John, III and wife, Mary Spegar; granddaughter Brooke Spegar; brother, Gerald Tylka; and brothers-in-law, Henry Stiller and Gerald Spegar.
Left to cherish her memory are her six children: Marie Spegar, Gregg Spegar (Mary Alice), Brian (Lori) Spegar, Douglas (Christy) Spegar, Jill Spegar, and Jennifer (Brad) Wetzel; grandchildren: Michael (Jessica) Spegar, IV, Elizabeth “Little Bit” (Kursten) Spegar, Barbara Spegar (Ryan Kramer), Shelby Wetzel (Greg Lane), Sadie Wetzel (Ty Regan), Rilee Spegar, Gracie Wetzel, John Wetzel, Stephen Spegar, and Miller Spegar; sister, Theresa Stiller; and sisters-in-law, Kathy Tylka and Sally Spegar; also survived by nieces and nephews and their families.
