Rosalie A. (Nicola) Rockocy age 80 of Brownsville, PA died Tuesday, May 15, 2012 in the UPMC- Presbyterian Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born on June 26, 1931 in Brownsville, PA. The daughter of the late Gaetano and Grace Famularo Nicola. She was the owner of the Square News in Brownsville, PA and operated the lottery for 25 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years Steve Rockocy. Nicola and Charles Nicola Father and Mother-in-laws: George and Theresa Rockocy 4 Sister-in - laws: Geraldine Nicola, Mary Drubecki, Anna Mae Rockocy Wally Rockocy 4 Brother-in-laws: John Rockocy, George (Fidge) Rockocy, Andrew (Mutch) Rockocy and Philip Nearing Niece: Sabrina Dee Nicola Nephews: Stephen A. Yarup Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home 135 Park St. Brownsville, PA on Thursday from 2 - 9PM. Where a prayer service will be held on Friday at 9:30AM followed by a funeral mass at 10:00AM in the Historic Church of St. Peter - Brownsville, PA with the Rev. Fr. Micah E. Kozoil as celebrant. Interment St. Peter Cemetery. A wake service will be held on Thursday at 2:30PM in the Funeral Home.
