Robert Lee Menchyk

Robert Lee Menchyk, age 60, of Elizabeth, PA passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in Jefferson Regional Health Center. He was born on June 26, 1951 in Butler, PA. Son of Thelma Miller Menchyk - Butler, PA and the late Tony C. Menchyk He was a member of the Calvin United Presbyterian Church of Brownsville, PA where he was an Active Ruling Elder. He was very devoted and attentive to his wife's needs, especially after her eye surgery. He enjoyed Gardening, History, Animals, Gospel and Bluegrass Music. He was retired from Mayview State Hospital with 24 years of service and TSI. Besides his mother he is survived by his wife: Rev. Aleda Arnold Menchyk Son: Sam Menchyk and wife Jane - Pittsburgh, PA Brothers: Thomas Menchyk and wife Linda - Butler, PA James Menchyk and wife Jean - Butler, PA William Menchyk and Judy Johnston - Butler, PA Sister: Edith Menchyk and James Mott - Lewis, DE 3 Nephews: Matthew, Michael and Nicholas Menchyk Other relatives and friends He was predeceased by an infant daughter: Sarah Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home (135 Park St. Brownsville, PA) on Saturday and Sunday from 2 - 8PM, and on Monday in the Calvin United Presbyterian Church, (307 Spring St. Brownsville, PA) from 9:00AM - 10:00AM. Followed by a service officiated by the Rev. Richard Klein. Interment Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth, PA.
