Paul Richard Ochran went home to be with the Lord peacefully surrounded by loved ones on
Tuesday May 26, 2026. Paul was 93 and passed away in Lehigh Acres Florida where he resided for the last 37 years. He was born on May 19, 1933 in Brownsville PA. He was the son of the late Michael and
Mary (Nee) Kelley of Brownsville, PA. He moved to Ohio and raised a family for years before moving to Florida.
Paul worked at TRW as a Quality Control Supervisor until he retired to Florida in 1988. He worked with his wife Clara on many different projects. He loved spending time with his children. He was a member of the Veterans Association. Paul served in the Army during the Korean War. One of the Family’s Favorite memories of Paul was he always had a Full Ham, spaghetti or stuffed green peppers ready at any time of the day for company. He liked gardening and loved to watch things grow.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara (Nee) Guman; his daughter, Michelle; his brothers: Eugene, Michael (Vern), Andrew, and Bernard; and sister, Veronica Zeok (Al).
He is survived by his children: Paula Massey, Joyce Graskemper (Tom), Sonya Weinschreider (Tony), Michelle Claire, and Mellissa Justice (Keith); he also had many nieces and nephews, one of which was Cheryl, who stayed close to him; his grandchildren: Jacob, Kylee, Blake, Amber, Rosie (Mark), Kelly (J.R), Tommy (Charlotte), Everette, Christine, Toni Ann (Ryan), Rachel (James), Seth; as well as 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at The Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, PA 15417 on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 from 4 PM – 8 PM, and on Thursday until a Prayer Service at 10:30 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM in The Historic Church of St. Peter with Rev. Fr. Efren Ambre officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery. www.skirpanfuneralhome.com
