Nadina Dawn (Barber) Savona

Nadina Dawn Savona, age 58 of Grindstone, PA passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025 with her family by her side. She was born on February 23, 1967 in Kellogg, Idaho to Mabel Synuria Barber of Grindstone, PA and the late Jack Barber. She was the head cake designer at Grindstone Foodland for 30 years and later worked for Jerry’s Catering. She was a member of the Kingdom of God Warriors of Faith Ministries. Besides her mother she is survived by her husband of 43 years, Thomas Savona, two sons, Tom Savona and wife Tasha, Austin Savona and wife Robbie; five grandchildren, Giavanna, Vivianna, Luciano, Kieghly and Colton sister, Petina Gentile and husband Brian, and her loving fur baby, Murry; also numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park St., Brownsville, PA on Sunday, May 18, 2025 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM. A celebration of her life will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM with Apostle Don Richardson officiating. Interment in St. Peter Cemetery.
