Marvin "Tad" Marcozzi

Marvin (Tad) Marcozzi age 88 of Uniontown, Pa and formerly of Grindstone, PA died Saturday, October 27, 2012. He was born on January 4, 1924 in Daisytown, PA. Son of the late Stephan and Mary DellaMea Marcozzi. He graduated from Redstone High School Class of 1942. He operated Marvin Gas and Tire Service, Uniontown, PA He was a veteran of WWII serving in the South Pacific theater of war. Member of St. Therese R. C. Church of Uniontown, PA lifetime member of VFW Post 47 and North Union VFW member of the Amvets of Hopwood He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Mary L. Stepanik Marcozzi 2 Sons: Terry Marcozzi - CA Ron Marcozzi and wife Judy - Dunbar Twp. Granddaughter: Kaelie Marcozzi - Morgantown, WV Brother: Ernie Marcozzi and wife Marion - OH Sister: Millie McMinn and husband Gene - OH Many loving nieces, nephews, Cousins and sister-in-laws He was predeceased by Brothers: John, Louis and Ben Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home 680 Cherry Tree Lane, Uniontown, PA on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 6 - 9PM and on Wednesday until 9:30AM where a prayer service will be held followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM in St. Therese DeLisieux R.C. Church - Uniontown, PA with Msgr. Michael W. Matusak as celebrant. Entombment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park. A Parish Wake Service will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 3:00PM
