Martha Fee Vona

Martha Fee Vona, 101, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell R. Vona (Rossi); parents, Joseph A. and Rosa B. Fee; sisters, Clelia Astleford and Edna Ella Morris; brothers, Joseph R. Fee, Dr. Arthur O. Fee, and Robert L. Fee. She was a life time member of Great Bethel Baptist Church in Uniontown and also attended Dennison Avenue United Church of Christ in Cleveland. She is survived by her son, Russell Richard Vona and wife Diane; four grandsons, Richie, Cameron, Scott and Michael; one brother, Harold Fee of Knoxville, Tenn.; many nieces, nephews; great nieces, great nephews; and care giver and close friend Nicole Ricks. Martha leaves behind many friends in both Fayetteville, NC and Cleveland, Ohio. Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home 680 Cherry Tree Lane , Uniontown, PA on Tuesday from 6 - 8PM. Where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:30AM with the Rev. Scott Hoppe officiating. Interment in Oaklawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Association.
