He was born on April 2, 1937 in Connellsville, PA He was preceded in death by his wife: Anna Marie Fidelis Cochran Son: Joseph D. Cochran Jr. Joseph is survived by his daughter: Anna M. Cochran - Uniontown, PA Granddaughter: Suzanne Cochran Private Funeral Services were held under the direction of The Skirpan Funeral Home 680 Cherry Tree Lane Uniontown, PA. Burial was in St. Rita's Cemetery - Connellsville, PA.
