Jean B. Voelker, age 89, of Brownsville, PA went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 4, 2013 with her loving family by her side. She was born on May 23, 1923 in Markleysburg, PA Daughter of the late Harry P. and Audamay Martin Boyd Sr. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by Her First Husband: Duwayne Markley Second husband: Wayne N. Voelker 2 brothers: Harry P. Boyd Jr. and William Boyd Daughter-in-law: Marion Hess Markley Left to cherish her memory are her 3 daughters: Carol Geyer and husband Don - Marienville, PA Toni Neil and husband Fred - New Salem, PA Bonnie VanDivner & husband Albert Sr. - Brownsville, PA 2 sons: James Markley & wife Cindy - Burgettstown, PA Fred Markley & wife Carol - Austell, GA 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren Brother: Charles Boyd Sr. - Culpepper, VA Sister: Ruth Ann Sargent - Grindstone, PA Sister-in-law: Joann Boyd - Grindstone, PA Friends will be received in The Skirpan Funeral Home 135 Park Street Brownsville, PA on Wednesday, March 6, from 2-8PM and on Thursday until 1:00PM when a Funeral Service will be held with Rev. Nicholas Beatty officiating. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park.
