Harriet Jane (Means) Givens

Harriet Jane Givens, age 72 of Brownsville, PA passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at her home. She was born on June 3, 1941 in Newell, PA Daughter of the late Samuel W. and Betty Lee Thompson Means Harriet was preceded in death by her husband: William Givens 3 sons: Glenn, Billy, & Jimmy Brother: John C. Means She is survived by her 2 children: Allen Givens and Tracy Mattie 2 sisters: Penny Christofel and Peggy Chaw 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in The Skirpan Funeral Home 135 Park Street Brownsville, PA on Thursday from 11:00AM until 1:00PM when a Funeral Service will be held with Rev. Tim Rogers officiating. Private Interment will follow in West Bend Cemetery for her immediate family only.
