Hannah Virgina Stevens

Hannah V. Stevens, age 97 formerly of Brownsville, PA passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026. Hannah was the oldest of thirteen siblings, a very caring person who cared for her siblings and she had many jobs during her lifetime but the most important was being a Mother and a Grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband James D. Stevens, and the following siblings, Grace Glagola, Sarah, Parsons, Martha Cumashot, Betty Flick, Patty Dunseath, George Pirt, Gerald Pirt, Joseph Pirt and Donna Frisco. She is survived by two loving daughters, Dayna Teper and husband Bill, Jamie Matteucci and husband Tom; cherished grandson, Jacob Teper with whom she shared a birthday; sisters, Mary Jane Black, Wanda Williams and Roberta Dugan, and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home 135 Park St., Brownsville, PA on Wednesday from 3 – 7 PM and Thursday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM when a Funeral Service will be held with Pastor Ken Kuster officiating.
