Gregory A. (Rick) Flick

Gregory A. “Rick” Flick, age 72, of Grindstone, PA passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025.

He was born on December 19th, 1952 in Brownsville, PA

Son of the late Tubby and Florine (Gordon) Flick.

Rick was a member of The South Brownsville Volunteer Fire Department.

He was a police dispatcher for Brownsville, and then went on to work in emergency management services for Fayette County 911. After retiring from Fayette County 911, he was employed as a van driver for Mlaker Transporation.

Rick was also an avid Steeler fan.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Danielle Nicole (Flick) Robison.

Rick is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years: Sharon L. (Roberts) Flick

two children: Gregory A. Flick, Jr. and girlfriend Samantha Eastwood

Jennifer M. Jellots

seven grandchildren: Dakota, Christian, Malayna, Brenan, Kylie, Ashton, and Bentley

sister: Roxane L. McMaster and her husband Ed

brother: Brian E. Flick

Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

His cat: Keke and his dog: Marzia

The family has asked that all those attending the visitation and funeral services to wear their Steeler's Attire in honor of Rick.

Friends will be received in The Skirpan Funeral Home 135 Park Street Brownsville, PA on Wednesday, September 3rd from 2:00PM until 7:30PM. A Funeral Service will be held at 7:30PM with Vickie Wheatley officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in his memory to his family.
