Grace Louise (Henderson) Blair

Grace L. Gilmore Blair nee Henderson age 95 a recent 6 year resident at Adam's Personal Care Home, West Brownsville, PA went to join our Lord on Saturday, July 14,2012. She was the daughter of the late Earl and Viola Henderson. Beside her parents she was predeceased by her husbands: Robert V. Gilmore, Sr. J. Matthew Blair Son: Robert V. Gilmore, Jr. Infant Daughter: Deborah Gilmore Great Granddaughter: Stephanie Santello Sister: Laura Hyler Twin Sister: Emma g. Henderson Brother: Dwight Henderson Grace was very gifted and creative in Quilt-Making, crafts and both oil and water paints. Over the years she won numerous Blue Ribbons for her scenic oil paintings at the various local county fairs. After earning her GED, Grace went on to become a Registered Licensed Practical Nurse. She also worked as an X-Ray Technician at the Old Brownsville General Hospital on Fifth Ave. She enjoyed singing and dancing at the local senior centers and enjoyed bowling in her earlier years. She will be greatly missed by her family. She is survived by 4 Children: Ronald J. Gilmore - Pittsburgh, PA Larry Gilmore and wife Arlene - Wickhaven, PA Sharon Barnes and husband Ken - Mechanicsville, VA Sandra Ferguson and husband Grover - Brownsville, PA Grandchildren: Barbara, Pamela, Diana, Deborah, Kendra, Cheryl, Jeff, Jim, Bob, Renee and Cindy Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren Sister: Sarah Baginsky - NJ Funeral services will be private under the direction of the Skirpan Funeral Home 135 Park St. Brownsville, PA.
