He later served as Athletic Director for 14 years before retiring from Brownsville in 1993. Frank was an avid runner and later a dedicated walker, averaging three miles a day. He frequently competed in 5K and 10K races on weekends. He was a devoted member of St. Andrew’s Church in Brownsville, where he served as a choir member, lay reader, and council member. Frank lived a life defined by service, dedication, and love for others. As a Marine Corps veteran, he carried the values of honor, discipline, and commitment with him throughout his life. Following his military service, he devoted his career to education, shaping the lives of countless students. He believed deeply in the power of learning and led by example through integrity and hard work. Known for his strong work ethic, Frank approached every responsibility with determination and pride. Above all, he loved people. His kindness made everyone feel welcome, and he treated others with compassion, respect, and warmth. His love for family and friends was evident in all that he did.
