Florence Mabel (Dupont) Thomas

Florence Mabel (Dupont) Thomas, age 86 of West Milford, NJ, formerly of California Boro, PA died March 13, 2023.  She was born on November 3, 1936, daughter of the late Charles Edward Dupont and Florence Mabel (Simms) Dupont.

Florence loved being a homemaker, especially cooking and baking.  She worked in the food industry her entire life, retiring from The Boathouse Restaurant in Coal Center, PA.  She was a member of  Allison First Church of the Nazarene.

Besides her parents, Flo was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Thomas, who lovingly referred to her as "Flossy Bossy"; she was the last remaining of her six sisters and one brother.

Left to cherish her memory is her son Andrew Thomas and wife Lisa.

Friends will be received at The Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, PA 15417 on Thursday from 11 AM until the Funeral Service at 1 PM, officiated by Rev. Roger Diehl. Interment in LaFayette Memorial Park.
