Edward G. Miske, age 93, of Brownsville, PA passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born on October 10, 1931 in Brownsville, PA son of the late Edward and Sophia Miske.
Edward was a retired Fitter of Hillman Barge. He was a Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He loved to garden and was an avid Steelers fan.
Besides his parents, Edward was preceded in death by his wife Margaret.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Marcy and her husband Richard Pahula; son, Mark Miske; grandchildren, Nicholas Edward and wife Jill Sawka, Richard and wife Gabby Pahula, Joseph Pahula, and Meghan Miske and boyfriend Brandon Christopher; great grandchildren, Olivia, Violet, and Brandon; sister, Shirley (Miske) Hazuda; niece, Terri and husband Kerri Crutchman; cousins, Janet Churney and Barbara Kenney. He will be greatly missed by his furry companion, Tito "Chico".

Visitation will be held at The Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, PA 15417 on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 from 2-7 PM, and on Wednesday until a Blessing Service at 10 AM with Rev. Fr. Efren Ambre presiding. Interment in LaFayette Memorial Park, with Full Military Honors accorded by The United States Army and the American Legion Post 940-838-275 Honor Guard. www.skirpanfuneralhome.com
