Edna Mary (Guseman) Rohland

Edna Mary Rohland, 101, of Brownsville, PA passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2013. She was born on January 20, 1912 in Grindstone, PA. Daughter of the late Melvin and Elizabeth Mae Burton Guseman. She was a Charter member of the First Christian Church of Grindstone, PA Where she taught Sunday School and was the Church Board secretary. Also, a Charter member of the South Brownsville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary Former member of the Brownsville General Hospital Auxiliary She was predeceased by her husband: Clyde (Jack) Rohland Son: Jack Rohland Sisters: Lena Morriston Ruth Crusan Son-in-law: Donald Gibbon She is survived by 4 Children: Barbara Rhoades and husband Robert Joyce Gibbon Kirk Rohland and wife Cheryl Diane Thompson and husband Brad Daughter-in-law: Jeanne Rohland 13 Grandchildren 25 Great Grandchildren 3 Great Great Grandchildren Sister: Dorothy Palmer and Orvle Poland Brother-in-law: Bill Rohland and wife Irma Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home 135 Park St. Brownsville, PA on Sunday from 2 - 8PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 10:30AM with the Rev. Anthony Cataneo officiating. Interment in Lafayette Memorial Park.
