Dennis R. Waters

Dennis R. Waters, age 77 of East Millsboro, PA passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born on August 18, 1947 in Brownsville, PA to the late Ray and Letha Walters Waters. Dennis graduated from Redstone High School Class of 1965 and then served in the US Army in Frankfurt, Germany from 1966 - 1968 . He worked at Hillman Barge for over 20 years and was an avid hunter, craftsman, outdoorsman and loved his E-Bike. Dennis is survived by his wife, Cheryl Baum Waters, daughters, Marcie Sue Waters – at home, Billie Jean Miller and husband David Miller of Greenwood SC; grandson, Bryce Dolata, granddaughter, Casey Renee Collins and husband Aaron Collins, great grandchildren, Theo Collins, Naomi Collins; granddaughter, Aubrey Lynn Davis and husband Zak Davis. brothers, Gerald (Jerry) Waters and wife Shirley Ann (deceased), Harold (Gitch) Waters and wife Carol Ann; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held in the First Nazarene Church of Allison on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.  A time of fellowship and gathering will be held from 11 am until 1 PM, the time of Service, conducted by Pastor Roger Diehl.  www.skirpanfuneralhome.com
