Colleen Ann Franks

Colleen Ann Franks, age 67, of East Millsboro, PA, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. She was born on July 8, 1957 in Brownsville, PA to Martha Petrigash Remington and the late David Remington. She was employed for many years at Lunden's Flower Shop. Colleen loved music, going to the mountains and enjoyed taking care of her flowers. Besides her mother she is survived by her husband, Gary W. Franks, two daughters, Beth Ganis and husband Benjamin, Jessica Franks, grandson, Lucas Ganis, brother, David Remington, and numerous nieces and nephews.
