Daughter of the late William E. and Elmona McClain Moody, Sr. She was a former State Registrar She was predeceased by her husband's: Toney J. Rouse and John H. (Jack) Lowery Brothers: William E. (Mike) Moody, Jr. James E. Moody Sister: Anastasia Glagola She is survived by 2 Daughters: Charlene M. Wilson and husband Jay Betsy J.
